September to June โ rafting best in SepโNov and MarโMay. DecemberโFebruary is cold but peaceful for yoga. Avoid JulyโAugust (monsoon, rafting stopped).
How to Reach
Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (40 km) โ flights from Delhi. Then taxi to Rishikesh.
Haridwar Junction (25 km) is the nearest major station โ then bus or auto to Rishikesh.
From Delhi: 6โ7 hrs by Volvo from ISBT Kashmere Gate. Very frequent departures.
